I’m Dr. Charlotte Meier—Chiropractor, Acupuncturist, Functional Health Practitioner, Reiki Master Teacher, Sound Healer, and Ceremonial Cacao Guide. But more than any title, I’m a lifelong bridgewalker.

Born with Indigenous Mexican-American roots and shaped by 11+ years in the healing arts, I live and work at the crossroads—where modern science meets ancestral wisdom, where nervous system healing meets soul remembrance, where the body speaks in symptoms and the spirit answers in metaphor.

This Substack is a journal, a portal, and a prayer.

A place where I share what I’ve learned through guiding others (and myself) through burnout, trauma, chronic stress, spiritual awakening, and reconnection with the sacred.
